Christ Church Grammar School has partnerships with various community organisations and causes.

Olivia Newton-John Foundation

In our continued partnership with the Olivia Newton-John Foundation, CCGS was once again proud to support Olivia’s Walk for Wellness in 2025.

Dame Olivia Newton-John, a proud CCGS alumna, founded the ONJ Foundation Fund—an independent charity dedicated to advancing global research into plant-based medicine for cancer treatment. All funds raised go toward wellness programs that help people thrive through and beyond cancer.

On Thursday, 16 October, our school community embraced this year’s vibrant theme, “Let’s Get Physical,” with an 80s-inspired Wellness Walk at Fawkner Park. The event was bursting with colour, energy, and retro flair—complete with music, legwarmers, sweatbands, and plenty of smiles.

Together, we raised an incredible $8,339 in support of the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Wellness & Research Centre and Austin Health, continuing Olivia’s legacy of hope, healing, and wellness.

2/14th Australian Field Regiment

In 2007 CCGS formed a partnership with the 2/14th Australian Field Regiment through the Adopt An Ex-Service Organisation Program, administered by the Shrine of Remembrance.

Each year our students have opportunities to experience the traditions surrounding commemoration and remembrance, to reflect upon the importance of peace, to develop historical knowledge and understanding, and to form relationships with our veterans and their families.
